KENYELL GANTT-LUCK, LCSW-C, LISCW

Kenyell Gantt-Luck is a licensed clinical social worker and a board-certified supervisor in Maryland and a LICSW in Washington D. C. Kenyell earned her B.A. and M.S.W. degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS.

Kenyell Gantt-Luck has worked in the social work field for over 19 years and has worked with a multitude of diverse populations. As a clinician, I have guided individual and group therapy in both private practice and agency settings. I specialize in both individual (adolescent, adult) and family therapy, with experience in anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief, and other adjustment work. My counseling is influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered, EMDR, and the Family Systems model. In addition, my approach is inspired by a mind-body approach to healing.

As a clinician, I am committed to upholding the highest ethical standards. I believe in a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy that places you as the leader of your treatment. I value communication & collaboration. We will communicate actively and openly throughout the treatment process. I will provide culturally and linguistically appropriate services that honor the backgrounds and experiences of you and your support system/family. Kenyell believes social work is her purpose and that God has placed her in this field to be an aspiring changer, a compassionate soul, a loud voice for those who are unable to speak, and challenge the powerful and intimidating.
